The first row should have column name in the
proper sequence (download the sample CSV spreadsheets to obtain this row) as
illustrated below.
For Users (Administrator, Manager,
User, Customer, Supplier and Subcontractor)

Here is the format for the
supplier records in vendor table, you must add vendor’s field in the last
column.

Saving the
CSV File Format in Excel
Open your spreadsheet
in MS Excel and copy the needed rows (with column header) and paste it in
new .xsl file (you cannot have multiple worksheets in the .xsl file). Then
click on save icon, the save dialog will be prompted and select the "Save as
Type" = "CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)" and click "Save" button.
