* We do not provide you with a domain name; we offer free DNS for the domain name you have registered.  If you have not already registered your domain name, we will do so for you during the account set-up process and bill your credit card for the costs.  Current domain registration is $20 for two years.  You can also register your own domain name and use our name servers to point the domain name to your website.

** SSL support does include the setup of your certificate on the server but does not include the purchase of the SSL certificate.

*** FrontPage 2000 and 2002 support, which is provided with our hosting, is to troubleshoot problems you may have due to server extension damage or other issue related to the server side.  We do not offer support in the "training" sense of the word in our hosting package.  We do offer FrontPage "training" support by telephone at the rate of $60/hour, billable in 15 minute increments.

**** Some Web applications are freeware, which we will pre-configure and install on our web for a fee.  We provide the installed, configured web applications package; however, we do not provide support.  Support is provided online at the web applications vendors website.
