Download and Update Policy

DPA Software has created the following
statement regarding our download and update policies for our software
available on the FrontLook.com Web site.
 | Initial Download after Purchase:
Our downloadable software products are immediately accessible from the
internet, making them easy and fast to purchase, download and install. It
is the customer's responsibility to create an external backup copy of the
downloaded software on Zip disk, CD-R, or other media
to prevent loss. Our products are also available on CD
media. See "Accessing Previous Downloads" topic below for more info.
Please backup your downloads and safeguard the
backup media.

| Software Replacement Policy:
After the initial purchase and download, we will provide downloads for a
period of one year after purchase (see download limit below). The download
access will expire one year after the purchase of the most recently
purchased FrontLook
product. An additional year of download access may be purchased for $9.95
(or if you purchase any other product, download access will automatically
be renewed for ALL downloads). See
"Accessing Previous Downloads" topic below for more info. A CD
may also be purchased to access updates of our software (see
below).

After the initial purchase and download, you can download updates as they
become available up to one year after your initial purchase. After the
period of one year, you can renew your download access by purchasing any
product from this web site or renewing download access for $9.95. See
"Accessing Previous Downloads" topic below for more info. A CD
may also be purchased to access updates of our software (see
below).

| Software Download Limit:
After the initial purchase and download, we will provide up to five
replacement downloads. After this limit has been exceeded, please contact
support to reset the download count. |
Note: We have implemented this replacement download and
update policy to defer the rising cost of bandwidth, the expense of updates
and to minimize software piracy, while still providing access to previously
purchased products. We appreciate your understanding and urge you to back up
your software as soon as you download it. DPA

Accessing Previous Downloads
Login to the FrontLook web site to
access your previous downloads. Once logged in, press the "Downloads" link
to access your personal download page.
Purchasing a CD with your Previous Downloads
To purchase a CD, press the button below:
Only $4.95 plus shipping This will
allow you to purchase the CD and it will send an email to our order
fulfillment department. Your credit card will only be charged for the
CD and the shipping cost.
Note:
The CD you receive will have all our products; full versions and samplers.
You will need the serial
numbers from your confirmation email or your download page to install the
full versions of the product. |
